This webiste ranks Christian counsellors by a number of factors that coincide with what our survey showed Christian clients expect from Christian counsellors. Among other things, Christian client want their counsellor to have a personal relationship with Christ, have a thorough understanding of the Word of God, exercise expertise and sensitivity in applying Scriptures, and not to be preachy or judgemental in their use of Scriptures.Counsellors theological qualification and psychological qualifications were also cited as important factors. Much of the information is gathered from the Counsellor's webiste and/or from testimonals. In assessing websites we considered the following: does the website make it clear that the person has had a relationship with Christ; Is the person qualified to offer professional psychotherapy; is the person accountable to others; is the person qualified theologically and professionally.

Client's Feel Their Spirituality is Ignored or Minimized
